Safely dispose of unused prescription drugs and expired over-the-counter medicines at the Evergreen Park police station on April 30.

Residents can drop off their unused medications from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, April 30, at the Evergreen Park Police Department, 9420 S. Kedzie Ave.

National Prescription Drug Take-Back Day aims to provide a safe, convenient, and responsible means of disposing of prescription drugs, while also educating the general public about the potential for abuse of medications.
