EVERGREEN PARK, IL — People recovering from coronavirus or those who have emerged from a 14-day isolation period after being exposed to someone who had the virus can now receive antibody testing to determine if they’ve developed immune protection against COVID-19.
Family First Medical Group and Women’s Healthcare of Illinois is now offering antibody testing in addition to testing for COVID-19 at its medical offices in Evergreen Park and Mokena.
The process is simple. Patients can call 708-425-1907 to be set up with a quick video visit to determine if they’re eligible. Those who qualify will be scheduled for an appointment. It’s a quick finger-stick test, and it only takes ten minutes to get the results.
