Fitness Testing Offered At EPCHS Sports Complex With Sportstats

EVERGREEN PARK, IL — Athletes of all ages are invited to get their physical fitness assessed Sunday, March 24. Fitness testing runs from 1 to 4:30 p.m. at the Evergreen Park Sports Complex, 2700 W. 91st St.

Evergreen Park Community High School and Sportstats Performance are partnering to host a combined event that will include a number of fitness tests, including the 40-yard dash, vertical jump, shuttle (5-10-5), and medicine ball throws.

The series of tests assess the five components of physical fitness that make up total fitness, including cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, and body composition.

The cost is $35 per athlete and registration is required at Sportstats, or use the QR code on the flier below.
