Free Strength & Conditioning Camp Open To All EPCHS Student-Athletes
About 160 kids have already taken part in fitness activities in the Fitness Center, Large Gym and new 3rd floor training center.
EVERGREEN PARK, IL - There’s still time for current Evergreen Park Community High School student-athletes to sign up for the Mustang Strength & Conditioning Camp this summer!
About 160 kids have signed up already and have taken part in fitness activities in the Fitness Center, Large Gym and new 3rd floor training center during the first week of June. The camp continues on Mondays through Thursdays, from 8-10 a.m. through the end of the month.
“We’re having a good turnout,” said EPCHS Football Head Coach Jim Ramazinski, one of four Evergreen Park staff members instructing the camp.

Strength and conditioning sessions are also led by Sarah Marshall, the school’s boys and girls swimming coach; Mike Brahm, assistant wrestling coach and Declan Smyth, assistant boys basketball and baseball coach.
The camp is “a great way to train, help you get ready for the fall season, and plus it builds camaraderie and school spirit,” Ramazinski added.
