'Get Physical' at D124's Family Fitness Fest
Join Dist. 124 for the fourth annual family fitness fest featuring awesome raffles and activities, Feb. 3. at Central Middle School.
EVERGREEN PARK, IL -- Join Dist. 124 for the fourth annual Family Fitness Fest featuring activities related to fitness, health, safety and nutrition. The fest runs from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, Feb. 3, at Central Middle School in Evergreen Park.
The fitness fest features fun for all ages, including:
- Bike/Skateboard Safety
- Get Fit Boot Camp/Aerobics
- Circuit Training
- Blood Pressure Screening
- Zumba/Yoga
- Running Excels - choosing the right shoe
- Posture Exam/Message
- Health Snacks
- Fire Safety
- Special Needs Activities
The Family Fitness Fest is organized by Dist. 124’s Health/Wellness Committee. Awesome prizes will be raffled off throughout the evening. The fest is FREE.

Central Middle School is located at 9400 S. Sawyer Ave. Families with special needs may enter at 5:30 p.m. All children must be accompanied by an adult.
