Immortalize Yourself With An EPCHS Commemorative Brick

EVERGREEN PARK, IL -- The Evergreen Park Community High School Foundation is offering alumni the chance to immortalize themselves with a commemorative brick. Celebrate a milestone, memorialize an old friend or salute your fellow class members. The bricks will be added alongside other alumni in the garden located outside the stands at the EPCHS sports stadium.

Cost of the bricks is $100, with all proceeds going toward the EPCHS Athletic Department. Alumni can write up to 3 lines with 18 characters each. The bricks are laser-engraved so anything you write is case-sensitive. Download and complete the order form and send it along with a check payable to Evergreen Park Community High School to:
