It's Never Too Early for Mustang Pride

Mustang Pride starts at an early age in the Evergreen Park community. In the past, EPCHS student leaders, along with Principal Sanderson, visited the four Evergreen Park District 124 elementary schools to personally deliver t-shirts to all of the kindergartners. This year, t-shirts that read EPCHS Future Mustangs - Class of 2033 were dropped off at the schools and the kindergarten teachers distributed the shirts to the children.

This tradition began in 2011 and this year’s EPCHS freshman class was the first group of kindergartners to receive their t-shirts. Each year since 2011, Mr. Sanderson has asked the kindergartners to save their shirts and show them to him when they cross the stage at their high school graduation.
