Jim McKeever Will Be Honored At LCMH's 2019 Crystal Heart Ball

EVERGREEN PARK, IL -- Planning is underway for the 2019 Crystal Heart Ball, Little Company of Mary Hospital’s premiere fundraising event. The black-tie ball will benefit the hospital’s Interventional Radiology Services.

The theme for this year’s black tie gala is Starry Night. The Crystal Heart Ball will be held on Saturday, Feb. 2, at the Field Museum of Natural History.Guests will enjoy a gourmet dinner prepared by Food For Thought and music stylings by Maggie Speaks and the Talk of the Town Big Band. WGN's Patrick Elwood and Nancy Loo will serve as the Masters of Ceremonies.

Chairing the ball are are Uzma and Hamid Nazeer, D.O., and co-chairs Lindsay and Chris Vandenberg. The recipient of the 2019 Venerable Mary Potter Humanitarian Award will be Evergreen Park resident Jim McKeever, for his work on behalf of the Kevin Dowling Scholarship Fund and Christmas Without Cancer.

First prize in the Grand Raffle is a 10-day river cruise from Amsterdam to Lucerne or $15,000; second prize $5,000; third prize $2,500 and fourth prize $1,000.
