Oak Lawn Man Gunned Down in Alley Near Midway Airport
Man was found unresponsive, pronounced dead at the scene, reports say.

A 24-year-old Oak Lawn man was found shot to death in an alley near Midway International Airport on Friday afternoon.
Chicago Police News Affairs said the man was found unresponsive in the 6200 block of Kilpatrick Avenue in the Clearing neighborhood around 5:10 p.m. Friday. According to the Chicago Tribune he was pronounced dead at the scene.

He was identified as Giovanni Galindo, 24, of the 10300 block of Karlov Avenue in Oak Lawn, Southtown Star reported.
Officer Amina Greer, of Police News Affairs, said that Galindo had sustained a gunshot wound to the hear. Central Area is investigating.

Galindo was one of six people killed in weekend violence.
