Prayer Vigil Sunday For Abducted Baby Royalty Wolf
A prayer vigil will be held Sunday, May 20, in Evergreen Park, for endangered infant Royalty Wolf, believed abducted by her birth mother.

EVERGREEN PARK, IL -- Friends of the foster parents of an infant believed kidnapped by her biological mother, will be holding a prayer vigil for the missing baby girl this Sunday, May 20, in Evergreen Park. Community residents will gather at 95th Street and Kedzie Avenue at 2 p.m. Royalty Wolf, who is three months old, is considered endangered by Chicago police.
Royalty was last seen Monday, May 14, with her biological mother, Mikequera Randolph, 24, in the 1400 block of South Avers. Randolph is believed to have abducted the baby during a supervised DCFS visit, according to friends close to Royalty’s foster parents. Randolph has a long history of violent, unstable behavior, police said.
Both mother and infant are African-American. Randolph is described as 5-feet-3-inches tall, with a tattoo across her chest that says “Da’Viyah” with hearts. She was last seen wearing a pink top and blue jeans. Baby Royalty was wearing pink pajamas at the time she went missing. The mother has been known to frequent the area of Pulaski Road and Ferdinand Avenue.

There was a confirmed sighting of Randolph and the baby Tuesday in the JC Penney store at Ford City Shopping Center. Someone also reported seeing the mother and child on Friday, near 95th Street and Kedzie Avenue in Evergreen Park, although that sighting hasn’t been confirmed. Evergreen Park police were not immediately available for comment.
Julianne Neely, who adopted Royalty’s biological sister, said those close to the foster parents are very worried for Royalty’s safety. They ask the community to continue sharing Royalty’s picture and praying for her safe return. According to Neely, the foster parents have firsthand knowledge of how violent and unstable the birth mother can be.

“We are also asking for prayers for Mikequera,” Neely said. “She’s had her struggles.”
Neely said Royalty has an older biological brother who lives in the same foster home as Royalty. The boy is distraught over his missing baby sister. Neely sent out a plea to Mikequera Randolph to leave the baby at a hospital, police or fire station.
"The longer Royalty is gone the more worried we become," Neely said. "We thought she'd be found by now."
