Queen of Martyrs Fest Kicks Off Sept. 23-Sept. 25

EVERGREEN PARK, IL -- Celebrate the end of summer at the Queen of Martyrs’ parish carnival. The 2016 edition of Martyrs Fest runs this weekend -- Sept. 23, 24 and 25. We’ve rounded up the most important details.

Friday, Sept. 23 - 5 p.m. to midnight, rides end at 11 p.m.
Saturday, Sept. 24 - Noon to midnight, rides end at 11 p.m.

Raffle and Gambling

Raffle tickets are available for $50 at the church rectory. Only 1,000 will be sold and the grand prize is $10,000. A total of nine cash prizes will be given.
Pull-tabs and split the pot will also be available at the fest. Bingo takes place on Sunday from 12:30-2:30 p.m. under the beer tent.

Special Events

Saturday - Children's games in St. Joe's Room from Noon-4 p.m.
Sunday - Outdoor Mass at 11:30 a.m., weather permitting

Bracelets

$20 unlimited ride bracelets will be available on both Saturday and Sunday. A mega pass which is good for the entire fest can be purchased for $45. Tickets sold individually for $1 or sheets of 20.
