Queen of Martyrs Students Invite Veterans To Special Mass
Students at Queen of Martyrs School in Evergreen Park invite all military veterans to a special Mass on Nov. 12 in honor of Veterans Day.
EVERGREEN PARK, IL – The students of Queen of Martyrs Catholic School in Evergreen Park, have a special place in their heart for God and Country and they want to share both of those with area military veterans.
On Tuesday, Nov. 12, QM students are inviting any and all U.S. military veterans to join them for a special mass at 8:30 a.m. at Queen of Martyrs Church.
“We are holding our special mass the day after Veterans Day and we certainly hope many veterans come join us” says QM Principal Kathleen Tomaszewski. “We want our veterans to enjoy the recognition and honors rightfully bestowed upon them on Veterans Day and then the next morning, come enjoy our own little tribute and appreciation for them.”

Refreshments will be served after mass in the St. Joseph’s Room.
