Registration Begins For Evergreen Park Rec Department's Fall Preschool
Applications are being taken for 3- and 4-year-olds to enroll in fall preschool that meets at the Evergreen Park Community Center.
EVERGREEN PARK, IL — The Evergreen Park Recreation Department is taking applications for 3- to 4-year-old to enroll in preschool on fall 2023.
Registration for fall preschool will continue until classes are filled or the session begins. Children who attend must be 3 years old and fully toilet trained by Aug. 21, 2023. If your child turns three after this date, call for the second session availability. To register for preschool, parents must provide the child’s birth certificate, proof of residency, and a $50 non-refundable deposit, which will be applied to the first preschool payment.
Preschool is offered from 9 to 11:30 a.m. Tuesday and Thursday; or Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Monday through Friday (child must be entering kindergarten in fall 2023).

The preschool offers a curriculum that includes number, letter, word, color and shape identification; arts and crafts, fine and gross motor skills, story time, playtime, and socialization. In addition, the 5-day program offers an introduction to countries around the world, science explorations and extended math concepts. All classrooms have two teachers; one or more are certified and ALL are CPR-certified. All supplies, fees and special events are already included in the tuition; there are no additional costs.
