The registration came back indicated that Lenon had failed to maintain accurate records, the prosecutor said. He was taken into custody and Justice police notified the Chicago Police Department.

Lenon allegedly told Justice police he thought he had registered last August. The last record of Lenon’s contact with the sex offender registry was in August 2016, the prosecutor said.
