Children’s Museum Celebrates Father’s Day With Gifts For Dad

The Children's Museum in Oak Lawn celebrates Father's Day all weekend with duct tape lanyards and free admission, June 16 and June 17.

OAK LAWN, IL -- The Children’s Museum in Oak Lawn will be celebrating Father’s Day with a few special gifts for dads all weekend long.

On Saturday, June 16, there will be a free guided activity in the art room from 11:00 a.m. to 1 p.m. sponsored by Chiro One and Southwest Chicago Christian Schools. During this time, children who attend with an adult will learn how to create a duct tape lanyard as a gift for their father.

The museum will also be open from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Father’s Day and give all fathers and grandfathers visiting with their family free admission.
