Classic Cars, Business Expo, Music Set For Alsip Parks Car Show

The Alsip Park District will host its sixth annual Classic Car Show For A Cure Sept. 8 benefitting St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.

ALSIP, IL -- The Alsip Park District is hosting its sixth annual Classic Car Show for a Cure to benefit St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 8. Cars will be on display at Sear’s Park, 123rd Street and Trumbull. The show is FREE to spectators.

If you have a sweet automobile and want to join the show you can pre-register or just come out on the day of the event for $10 per car. Vendors and businesses are also invited to set up in a 10-by-10 space and their services and products for $25. Dash plaques and goodie bags will be available to the first 100 cars that register.

The car show features live music, food, raffles, kids’ activities, and a vendor and business expo. Sponsorships are still available. Volunteers are also needed to help set up booths. For more information, contact Denise by phone at 708-389-1003, ext. 327 or by email at denise@alsipparks.org.
