South Suburban College Art Exhibit Features EPCHS Artwork

Emily Doran received "Best of School Award" and Gage Brustoski awarded for designing poster & program cover.

The EPCHS art students had their work on display at the South Suburban College Art Exhibit from January 28 to February 22. The following students participated: Lilah Brown, Gage Brustoski, Richard Corona, Emily Doran, Kimora Douglas, Sean Duffy, Naya Gilmore, Tamar Jones, Reygan Lynch, Olivia McQuillan, Sarah Meyer, Jaysly Mijangos, Grace Peart, Angelina Quiles, Victoria Templin, and Emily Vazquez-Gonzalez. Ms. Sandy Safranek accompanied the students on the field trip.

During the awards presentation, Emily Doran received the "Best of School Award" for Evergreen Park High School. Also, Gage Brustoski received an award for designing the poster and program cover for the event.

Art teachers Ms. Libby McArthur, Mr. Tom Minarik and Ms. Sandy Safranek selected the work for the show. "The students represented EPCHS very well, both with their talent and their behavior at the festival. They are truly awesome!" said Ms. Safranek.
