Summer Construction Update: 2011 Street Paving Project Continues

will be completing , which may affect traffic in the southeastern section of the village. The paving is complete, but landscapers will be restoring the sod in certain places. After sections one and two are complete, in the next couple of weeks Public Works will begin section three. Patch will update you on  as information becomes available.

Where: From California Ave. to the C/N Railroad Tracks, and 95th St. to 99th St.

Street closures: There are no street closures.

Parking: Parking should not be affected.

Project duration: The Public Works Department expects the project to take about 70 working days to complete.

Public works department director William Lorenz said this phase of the project will include concrete curb work, street grinding and paving. Residents will be notified when the work on section three will begin, he said,"which should be in the next two weeks."
