Summer Day Camp Returns To Evergreen Park With New Rules

EVERGREEN PARK, IL — Full-time day camp for youngsters ages 6 to 11 returns next month to the Evergreen Park Community Center. Space is extremely limited and only 64 spaces are available die to IDPH requirements. The camp is limited to Evergreen Park residents only. Proof of residency is required.

Registration starts Thursday, June 11 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the community center, 3450 W. 97th St. Parents must register in person. If spaces are not filled a second registration session will take place from 9 a.m. to noon Friday, June 12. The cost of the camp is $600 and children must be signed up for all five weeks. Payment is due in full at time of registration, by cash, check or credit card.

Camp will be held at the community center from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday, July 6 to August 7. Campers need to bring their own cloth mask and lunch in disposable containers that can be thrown away after lunch.
