'Suspicious Person' Beckoned Young Girl To Come To His Car Near 95th Street And Kedzie
A 'suspicious' man tried to get a young girl to come to his car Monday near 95th Street and Kedzie Avenue, Evergreen Park police said.
EVERGREEN PARK, IL — The driver of a black sedan tried to coerce a young girl over to his car earlier this week during the after school hours, according to an Evergreen Park police alert.
Police took a delayed “suspicious person” report Thursday morning.
Around 3:15 p.m. Monday, the girl was walking in the area of the 9500 block of Kedzie Avenue when police said the driver of a black sedan, possibly an Audi, stopped and asked her to come over to his car.

The girl refused and continued walking. The vehicle was last seen near the Culver’s parking lot at 95th Street and Kedzie Avenue.
The driver was described as an African American male, 40 to 50 years old, with a mustache wearing all black.
