EVERGREEN PARK, IL — Take a virtual tour of the Chicago Loop’s most beloved holiday attractions at the Evergreen Park Public Library. Learn the history being the municipal Christmas tree, the Christmas schooner, caroling at Cloud Gate, downtown ice skating, the wreathing of the Art Institute lions and Chicago’s holiday train. The tour also features State Street traditions, Marshal Field memories and the Christkindlmarket.
The tour starts at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 12. Seats are filling fast and registration is required. The Evergreen Park library is located at 9400 S. Troy Ave.
