Evergreen Park Community Theatre's 'Barefoot in the Park' Opens April 21-April 23

EVERGREEN PARK, IL -- Tickets are on sale now for Evergreen Park Candlelight Theatre’s production of Neil Simon’s classic romantic comedy Barefoot in the Park.

The play covers four days in the lives of a newlywed couple as they adjust to married life on the top floor of New York City brownstone. The wife, Corie Bratter, tries to loosen up her uptight lawyer husband, Paul, by suggesting they run ‘barefoot in the park.”

The show stars Andrew Nine, Michelle Renee, Kevin Denny, Sue Noonan, Julius Fassl and Russell Pogue. Performances are 8 p.m. April 21; 7 p.m. April 22; and an afternoon matinee at 3 p.m. April 23. The show will be performed at the Evergreen Park Senior Center, 9547 S. Homan Ave., Evergreen Park.

Tickets are $12 for adults, $10 for students/seniors, and $5 for children under 10 (while not inappropriate for children, this show is not particularly for kids).
