‘Verbally Threatening’ Bandit Robs Credit Union In Evergreen Park: FBI

EVERGREEN PARK, IL — A man wearing white, clear gloves knocked off a credit union Friday afternoon in Evergreen Park, the FBI said. No injuries were reported.

Around 1:30 p.m., the feds said a man walked into Scott Credit Union, 9059 S. Kedzie Ave., Evergreen Park. The man verbally threatened bank employees and demanded money. The FBI said the man departed on foot. He did not display, nor did he imply having a weapon.

The suspect is described as a male black in his 20s, with a light complexion and thin build. He was wearing a black jacket, hooded sweatshirt with the hood up, ski mask and white, clear plastic gloves.
