Wiffle Ball Tourney Brings In Toys For Tots

EVERGREEN PARK, IL — The Mustang Baseball Academy joined the Evergreen Park Community High School baseball program for their third annual Wiffle Ball Tournament at the EPCHS Sports Complex Wednesday night.

Baseball players join the tournament by donating a toy to support the EPCHS National Honor Society's Toys for Tots drive.

This was the first year that the youth program joined in the festivities.

Both the high school players and the young ball players had a blast playing wiffle ball and eating pizza, all the while bringing in two big boxes of toys! About 35 toys were brought in during the tournament this year.

The MBA team composed of Jimmy Duggan, Gideon Earley, Patrick Juarez, and the High School team of Rashawn Andrews, Aidan Carr, Billy Duffner, Yarim Garcia and Noah Munoz brought home the championships.
