The National Schools to Watch Ceremony for Central Middle School will take place this Wednesday, May 18th at 10:00 am.

The formal presentation of Central Middle School’s “National Schools to Watch” award will be made to Principal, Rita Sparks, in a school-wide assembly, beginning at 10:00 am in the gymnasium on Wednesday, May 18th.

John Viano, Executor Director of the Association of Illinois Middle-Grade Schools (AIMS) will present a special plaque to the staff and students of Central Middle School commemorating its designation as a 2015-16 Illinois Horizon School to Watch.

The band and choir will perform, "We Are One", acknowledging Central's transition from “junior high” to “middle school” this year.
