When featured in an article at LCMH, Dr. Desai shared how he came to be so passionate about his specialty. “I was involved in sports from an early age. I sustained many injuries ranging from sprains/strains to dislocated joints. I was a patient of physicians in many specialties including family medicine, emergency medicine, and orthopedic surgery. I decided to pursue orthopedic surgery as a specialty because it provided me the opportunity to focus on and treat disorders of the musculoskeletal system of the body both conservatively and through surgical intervention if necessary. I wanted to help people the same way as my orthopedic surgeon helped me return to my level of play.”

Please come out and get a firsthand account of Dr. Desai’s expertise. The clinic will take place from 4-6pm, Tuesday, October 6th, at Central Middle School, inside the newly refurbished gymnasium, located at 9400 South Sawyer Avenue, Evergreen Park, 60805.
