2 Arrested for Heroin Possession, Intent to Deliver
Forest Park police reports from Sept. 3 include marijuana possession, suspended license arrests and more.

2 Arrested for Heroin Possession, Intent to Deliver
Shondasia Jordan, 21, of Hanover Park and Frank Todd, 34, of Chicago, were arrested for possession of a controlled substance and possession with intent to deliver during a traffic stop about 11:20 a.m. in the 600 block of Harlem Avenue.Police said Todd and Jordan had 34 bags of a heroin-like substance, worth about $340, in their car. Todd was processed and charged with possession of a controlled substance, manufacturing with intent to deliver, driving on a suspended license, with no insurance and with a broken mirror. Jordan was charged with possession of a controlled substance and manufacturing with intent to deliver. They were processed and given a Sept. 26 court date.
Marijuana Possession
- Police charged Pedro Mora, 23, of Melrose Park, with marijuana possession during a traffic stop about 8 p.m. near the intersection of Des Plaines Avenue and Roosevelt Road. Police said Mora had about two grams of marijuana on him. He was processed, given a Nov. 6 court date and released.
- Police charged Nina Luoma, 26, of Westchester, with marijuana possession and possession of drug equipment about 9:20 p.m. near the intersection of 1st and Roosevelt. She was cited and given a Nov. 6 court date, police said.
Driving Without a License
Police cited Roberto Valdez-Luna, 30, of Berwyn, with driving without a license and with only one tail light during a traffic stop about 9 p.m. near the intersection of Roosevelt Road and Des Plaines Avenue. He was released from the scene.Suspended License Arrests
- Police charged Koshina Almon, 40, of Broadview, with driving on a suspended license and without insurance during a traffic stop about 5:55 p.m. in the 7600 block of Roosevelt Road. She was given two citations and an Oct. 8 court date and released.
- Police charged Andrew Bell, 50, of Broadview, with driving on a suspended license during a traffic stop about 7:50 p.m. in the 8000 block of Roosevelt Road. He was given an Oct. 8 court date and released on bond.
- Police charged Darrell Daniels, 34, of Chicago, with driving on a suspended license, improper passing, improper lane usage and operating an uninsured vehicle during a traffic stop about 8:30 a.m. in the 7200 block of Madison Street. He was processed, given an Oct. 22 court date and released on bond.
