Accident Closes Lane on Eisenhower Expressway Tuesday Morning
Police on scene have blocked one lane on the outbound I-290 in Forest Park.
DES PLAINES, IL - Outbound traffic on the I-290 Expressway has slowed just after 6 a.m. Tuesday morning.
An accident there has caused the closure of the left lanes near Des Plaines Avenue in Forest Park, according to a WGN-TV Traffic report on Twitter. Other reports have indicated traffic has been backed up as far as Central Avenue as a result.
Police are on the scene.
