6:00 - 8:00pm

Option #3 $65-Late Registration*

(Registrations received after 8/15)

First come first served via P.O. Box

Teams will be formed Aug 27th

(Registrations after Aug 27th may not be accommodated) (Child must be 5yrs old by Sept 1st, 2013)

WHO: Open Soccer: any boy or girl from K to 8th grade.

 

2)“Little Kickers”: any boy or girl who will be 3 years old by Sept 1st, 2013 * Fee $30

 

*Fee’s

$5 off each additional child after 1st player (applies to resident & non-resident)

$10 extra for each non-Forest Park resident

Note: Family registration Cap $110 Forest Park & $140 out of town

Full uniform $40 (Red Pre-K to 4th grade / Blue 5th-8th grade)

(Shirt $20 / Shorts $15 / Sox $5)
