Drinking, Smoking and Swearing on the Forest Park CTA: Police
Police said David Moller, of Chicago, also clenched his fists and took a fighting stance when talking to police.
David A. Moller, 32, of Chicago, was charged with two counts of aggravated assault and one court of trespass to state supported land Feb. 17 after refusing to get off of a CTA Blue Line train in Forest Park, police said.
Police responded to the station at 711 Des Plaines Ave. on a report of a man drinking and smoking on the train. He refused to leave the train when asked, as it was the end of the line. Moller, who police said was intoxicated, swore at the officers and again refused to leave the property.
He was taken to the station, where police said Moller refused to turn over his property. The suspect clenched his fists and gritted his teeth in taking up a fighting stance and swore again at police.
