COMCAST TO HOLD JOB FAIR AND CAREER OPEN HOUSE FOR MILITARY VETERANS

WHAT: ALL CHICAGO AREA MILITARY VETERANS INVITED

Comcast will host a job fair and open house for military veterans at the NBC Tower, located at 454 N. Columbus Dr.  At the event, Comcast will provide veterans information about career opportunities at Comcast Cable, Comcast Spotlight, NBC5 Chicago and Telemundo.  In addition, company recruiters will be on hand to provide resume writing and job search guidance.

WHEN: Wednesday, July 2, 2014, 1:30 – 3:30 p.m.             

WHERE: NBC Tower, 454 N. Columbus, Chicago.

BACKGROUND: Comcast participates in the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation’s “Hiring Our Heroes” program and has hired more than 2,600 veterans since 2012.
