'Here You Go Again Sarge!': Arrestee to Cop
Forest Park police reports from Sept. 7 and 8 include open alcohol, marijuana arrests.

SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 8
Warrants: Contempt of Court
Police charged Krysztof Kapelski, 53, of Hinsdale, with two warrants out of DuPage County for contempt of court during a traffic stop near the intersection of I-290 and Des Plaines Avenue about 1 a.m. He was processed and held on bond.Like Forest Park Patch on Facebook!
SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 7
Drug Equpment, Open Alcohol
Police charged Bruce Magazine, 49, of Chicago, with possession of drug equipment and open alcohol outside of CVS, 7216 Circle Ave., about 12:25 p.m.When police approached Magazine to ask him not to bother other customers, he responded, "Here you go again Sarge! ... I'm not doing anything! Please stop!", police said.
He was arrested after he started drinking a can of Icehouse as he walked away from the officer. Police said he also had a crack pipe in his pocket. He was given a Nov. 5 court date and held on bond.
Open Alcohol, Revoked License
Police charged Sean Rickey, 21, of Des Plaines, with driving on a revoked license and open alcohol about 4 p.m. in the 600 block of Harlem Avenue. Police said Rickey had a 12-pack of Coors and an open bottle of Hennessy in the car. He was given an Oct. 15 court date.Marijuana Possession, Sale/Delivery of Drug Paraphernalia
Police charged William Nicks III, 19, and Joseph Gilmore, 19, both of Forest Park, with marijuana possession and sale or delivery of drug paraphernalia during a traffic stop about 9:30 p.m. near the intersection of Circle Avenue and Harrison Street.Police found 15 grams of marijuana, more than 150 small Ziploc bags, two scales and two cell phones in the car. Gilmore was given an Oct. 1 court date. Nicks, who was also charged with a warrant and a second count of marijuana possession, was given a Sept. 26 court date.
Suspended License, No Insurance
Police charged Venus Thomas, 27, of Chicago, with driving on a suspended license, violating Illinois vehicle code, driving without insurance and with expired registration after an accident about 5:15 a.m. in the 7400 block of Harrison Street. No one was injured. She was given an Oct. 22 court date and released.Are you a fan of true crime?
