How did the business come to be?

I started working in my own home and neighbors liked what I did. So I decided to get started and went to Triton for a class on wood refinishing. And after many years, ended up doing work for the teacher's house.

Why did you choose the area you did? 

I live in the area.

What does your business offer?

We do interior refinishing of all interior wood work, except floors. We have worked in museums, most Frank Lloyd Wright homes in Oak Park, River Forest and in Chicago, Gundersons, even The Lone Ranger's childhood home.

What's something interesting about your business your customers might not know?

We are the first do start this business. Many have copied but none have measured up to us. We are known as the best (from what clients tell me).
