Man Fondles Himself to CTA Passenger

He cornered a woman on the train and touched himself while looking at her, Forest Park police reported.

A 21-year-old Chicago woman said that at about 11 a.m. March 6 at the CTA blue line stop in Forest Park, 711 Des Plaines Ave., 

Entered a car in an eastbound train and was the only person in it. A black man, between 20 and 30 years old, 6 feet tall and 185 pounds, wearing a black skull cap, dark jacket, dark jeans and black Nike shoes.

He sat down directly in front of the woman and spread his legs to keep her from moving. He then took out his penis and fondled himself while looking at the woman.

As soon as the car stopped at Harlem Avenue, she jumped outside to look for security. She turned around and saw the man waving at her, still from inside the car when it left the Harlem station. The woman took a westbound train back to Forest Park to meet her family and report the incident.
