Man Hides Pot in Mouth, Middle Finger Flasher Arrested
Forest Park police reports from Aug. 21 and 22 include the arrest of a man seen stealing mail, drug arrests, a car break-in on Troost and more.

THURSDAY, AUGUST 22
2 Charged With Pot Possession
Police charged Kenneth Davis, 38, of North Riverside, and Dhafir Bounds, 37, of Oak Park, with marijuana possession about 11:10 a.m.
During a traffic stop near the intersection of Harlem Avenue and I-290, police said Davis had a plastic bag full of pot in his mouth and a cigarette box containing the drug. Each was issued a local ordinance citation. Police said the men had a total of about 3.5 grams of marijuana with them. They were released from the scene.

Trespassing, Theft Arrest for Man Who Stole Mail
Police charged Anthony Johnson, 52, of Chicago, with trespassing and theft around 3 p.m. in the 600 block of Circle Avenue.

A school crossing guard told police she saw Johnson take a handful of envelopes from a home on Circle Avenue. He was processed, given an Oct. 1 court date and held on bond.
Man Had 40 Grams of Pot
Police charged Teaaron Holmes, 27, of Bellwood, with marijuana possession, failure to signal, driving on a suspended license and possession with intent to deliver about 6:50 p.m. during a traffic stop in the 0-100 block of Harlem Avenue. Police said Holmes had about 40 grams of marijuana in his car. He was processed, given a Sept. 19 court date and held on bond.
Bike Stolen
Someone stole a women’s bike from an unlocked garage in the 1400 block of Marengo Avenue between 6:30 and about 7:40 p.m.
License, Insurance Arrest
Police charged Shauna Newton, 49, of Forest Park, with driving without a license, driving without insurance and a traffic sign violation about midnight near the intersection of Circle and Lehmer avenues. She was given three local ordinance citations, an Oct. 8 court date and released.
Warrant: Trespassing
Police charged Marc Derayunan, 21, of Berwyn, with a warrant out of Cook County for trespassing. He was arrested about 5 p.m. during a traffic stop in the 8600 block of Roosevelt Road.
Loud Music Citation
Police issued a local ordinance citation for loud music to Robinson Neyland, 31, of Bridgeview about 5:35 p.m. near the intersection of Jackson and Wilcox. He was released from the scene.
Drills, Tools and Meds Stolen From Car
Someone stole two drills, a DeWalt grinder, a backpack, two bottles of medication, two credit cards, a bag of tools, a pack of CDs, two flashlights and about $10 in change from a car parked in the 1000 block of Troost Avenue between about 11:30 p.m. Aug. 21 and 9:45 a.m. Aug. 22. The total estimated loss is between $400 and $500, police said.
WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 21
Man Gives Middle Finger in McDonald's
Police charged Michael Barnett, 48, of Oak Park, with disorderly conduct after he gave a man the middle finger at McDonald’s around 8:30 a.m. A caller told police Barnett goes into McDonald’s on a regular basis and has had a history of pan handling in the store and threatening employees, police said. Barnett was processed on one count of disorderly conduct, given an Oct. 1 court date and released on bond.
Warrant: Suspended/Revoked License
Police charged Alexis Rosado, 32, of Wheeling, with a warrant for driving on a suspended or revoked license. He was arrested about 12:15 a.m. near the intersection of Roosevelt Road and Grove Avenue in Berwyn, processed and held on bond.
