Mans Pees on CTA, Pulls Knife on Cop

Forest Park police reports, March 22.

A Chicago man was arrested March 22 after police said he refused to leave a CTA train and then started peeing on it.

Ephesians Bailey, 57, of Chicago, was charged with aggravated assault after pulling a knife on a CTA security officer. 

Police said Bailey refused to exit a CTA car at the end of the line, where all commuters are required to leave, and when security intervened Bailey began peeing in the car.

As the security officer was escorting Bailey out of the car, he saw a 7-inch pocket knife in Bailey's hands. He was ordered to drop it and complied. 

In addition to the assault charge, Bailey was also charged with criminal disposal of hazardous waste and criminal trespass. He was given a May 28 court date.
