Suspended License
Hector A. Ruiz, 25, of Melrose Park, was charged with loud music violations, driving with a suspended license and driving with no insurance following a traffic stop in Forest Park. He was given a July 10 court date.
DUI Charge
Robinson Sandoval, 46, of Chicago, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a revoked driver's license and various traffic violations.

Police said Sandoval was seen driving 52 mph in a 35-mph zone at 2:32 a.m. in the 1300 block of Harlem. They said he was also abruptly changing lanes and swerving. He failed field sobriety tests and blew a .182, more than twice the legal limit. He was given a May 16 court date.
Baby Forumla Stolen
Isaac L. Williams, 45, of University Park, was charged with retail theft after police questioned him about loitering near a home in Forest Park. Police booked him on an active warrant for his arrest on retail theft, and at the police station found 10 cans of baby formula, six cans of food and one box of shoes. The items were reported stolen from Ultra Foods. Williams was given a May 16 court date.

Resisting Arrest Charges
Three men were charged with disorderly resisting arrest following a May 8 call about a disturbance in the 900 block of Thomas in Forest Park.
Brian A. Robinson, 20, of Forest Park; Marquis L. Cobbs, 19, of Forest Park; and Diamond S. Odom, 21m of Glen Ellyn; were all charged with resisting arrest. Robinson and Cobbs were also charged with disorderly conducts, and Odom was charged with possession of drug equipment.
Police said they have received several calls about people yelling, smoking and selling narcotics and fighting outside of an apartment building in that block. When they arrived at about 1:46 p.m., the men fled.
The men stopped but were yelling at police and resisted officers' attempts to cuff them, police reported. A glass pipe was also found in Odom's purse. Each person was given a July 2 court date.
TUESDAY, MAY 7
Marijuana Warrant
Joseph P. Mundo, 27, of Harwood Heights, was booked on an active warrant for his arrest following a traffic stop in Forest Park. Police said the warrant was out of Wisconsin on charges of possession of marijuana with the intent to deliver.
Kmart Theft
Kimberly A. Tatum, 47; Taveros Monroe, 36; and Margaret G. Leonard, 40; all of Maywood, were charged with retail theft following an incident at the Kmart in Forest Park. Store security said they were seen concealing merchandise and trying to leave the store without paying. According to police, Leonard said she took medicine to sell so she could buy groceries.
