SUNDAY, JULY 14

One Unconscious After Parking Lot Fight

Terry Duren, 22, of Forest Park was arrested for battery around 2 a.m. after he knocked someone unconscious in a fight outside Submarine Tender, 200 Des Plaines Ave. Police said Duren started antagonizing a group of people at the restaurant, then started fighting with someone in the parking lot. Witnesses told police Duren was the aggressor and was "punching wildly." 

Duren was given an Aug. 27 court date and released on bond.

SATURDAY, JULY 13

Man Arrested for Getting in Way of Cops, Angry Drunk

Brian Danielson, 24, of Forest Park was arrested for obstructing after he got in the way of officers trying to talk to a woman causing a raucous over her bar tab at O'Sullivan's around 1 a.m. Police said Danielson kept asking for the officers' names while they were trying to tell the irate woman she needed to leave the bar. He was given a local ordinance ticket and a Sept. 4 court date. 

FRIDAY, JULY 12

Woman Arrested for Theft

Karelyn Andersen, 47, of Berwyn was arrested for stealing about $125 of merchandise from Walmart, 1300 Des Plaines Ave. around 7 p.m. She was given a Sept. 4 court date.
