Police Report Suspended License, Marijuana Charges
Forest Park police reports from Monday, June 10

MONDAY, JUNE 10
Suspended License, Driving Without Insurance
Police charged Colavito McGhee, 24 of Chicago with driving without insurance, driving on a suspended or revoked license and a warrant out of Grundy County around 9 a.m. in the 7600 block of Madison Street. He was given an Aug. 6 court date and released on bond.
Suspended License
Police charged Jeremy Chilton, 38, of Oak Park with felony driving while license suspended around 5:30 p.m. near the intersection of Harlem and Circle avenues. He was processed and given a June 13 court date.

Suspended License, Marijuana Possession
Police charged Michael Gardner, 22, of Joliet with a warrant for driving on a suspended license and Brian Wells, 37, of Elmwood Park with marijuana possession during a traffic stop near the intersection of Harlem Avenue and Lake Street around 8 p.m. Police said Wells had about two grams on him. Gardner was processed and charged. Wells was given a local ordinance citation and released.
