Floyd D. Love, 40, of Maywood, was charged with driving with a revoked license after police saw his car driving with tinted windows. Police discovered that Love's license was convicted of a DUI in 1997 and has since faced nine convictions for driving with a revoked license.

Police said Love also had various stacks of cash in his pockets, including stacks of $1,052; $1,320; and $600. Love said the money was from selling a remote controlled car at a track where he gambles and for underwriting a home his wife is buying.

Love was cited for a tinted window violation and given a March 7 court date for the revoked license.
