What will be your single most important priority if you get elected?

Growing up in a community very similar to Frankfort, as a child, we knew who the Park Commissioners were. We knew who to thank for getting the fields ready, the 'cool' playground equipment, etc.. I would like to show this Village just how hard this Park District works to keep all the great offerings available.

Why are you seeking office?

For many years, I have Coached many sports in this town. I have utilized many of the parks and programs with my family and now it is time to give back to the community that has served my family so well over the years.

What sets you apart from the other candidates?

I have been personally involved with many of the opportunities this great Village has to offer. My friends and their families have also been involved as well. I feel that I have better first hand knowledge of what works and what would not, in regards to bringing new and exciting opportunities for all who live here.

If elected, what changes would you work toward within the park district?

I would would like to see Frankfort build a Sports Complex. I would like to see our pool come back, perhaps a gym, rooms for meetings, dinners, etc..Our Parks offers programs that are top of the line. I would like to see those offerings increase with a Complex.

What are the strengths of this park district?

Not many are aware that the Frankfort Park District, who I believe has an OUTSTANDING Organization, operates with a fraction of the money that our surrounding towns do. Win or Lose this election, we must increase our support to the Park District. Their opportunities are endless !

What areas of the district are most in need of improvement?

Although I believe our Park District is a phenominal Organization. I would like to see additional opportunities for the 40 some to 50 some year olds in our Parks. We have great walking paths, some frisbee courses, etc., yet I would like to explore what other ideas are out there as well.

As I have previously stated, win or lose, we must increase our support to the Frankfort Park District. We have so many beautiful parks, paths, programs, etc., I truly believe they do not get the appreciation, they truly deserve.
