3 Park District Commissioner Positions Up For Election In April

FRANKFORT, IL — Three park district commissioner positions will be up for election in the April 6, 2021 election. According to the park district, interested candidates can pick up election petition packets and election materials starting Sept. 22.

The Frankfort Park District will be open from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday for pick-up from the administrative assistant or Executive Director Gina Hassett at the Frankfort Park District office, 140 Oak St.

According to the park district, the three commissioner positions are all 4-year terms, and only Frankfort Park District residents are eligible.

Park district offices will also be open Monday through Friday, starting Dec. 14 through Dec. 21 for the purpose of accepting candidate petitions or certificates for the April 6 election.
