$300 In Merchandise Stolen From LaGrange Road Retailer

FRANKFORT, IL — The following information is from the Frankfort Police Department unless otherwise noted. An arrest is not an indication of guilt.

DUI

Michael Capiak, 24, of the 2100 block of Bonnieglen Drive, New Lenox, was cited for driving under the influence, driving under the influence of drugs or intoxicating compounds, improper turn at an intersection and improper lane use during a traffic stop at around 12:30 a.m. May 10. He was released on bond, and his next court date is June 5.

RETAIL THEFT

A retail business in the 21000 block of LaGrange Road reported $300 worth of merchandise stolen at around 6:17 p.m. May 15.
