4 Candidates Run For Summit Hill 161 Board Of Education

FRANKFORT, IL — Four candidates are running for three open positions on the Summit Hill District 161 Board of Education in the April 4 consolidated election, according to the unofficial candidate list from the Will County Clerk's Office.

Candidates could withdraw from candidacy, but as of Dec. 28, four candidates will run for the three open positions.

The three trustee positions are 4-year terms.

The candidates are:

• Joy Murphy
• Matthew Carey
• John Winter
• Ronnie Petrey
