7,000 Without Power In Frankfort Area After Storms

There are 17 outages reported across Frankfort, affecting about 69 percent of ComEd customers.

FRANKFORT, IL — Reports of damage and downed branches and trees have come in from across the south suburbs after severe storms moved across the area Monday. According to the ComEd outage map, over 7,000 are without power in the Frankfort area.

In Frankfort, 5,759 are without power and in Frankfort Township, 636 have been affected. In Frankfort Square, 983 are also without power.

There are 17 outages reported across Frankfort, affecting about 69 percent of ComEd customers.
