FRANKFORT, IL — Old Plank Road Trail in Frankfort will be closed for one week starting Thursday for seal coating, the Village of Frankfort shared.
Weather permitting, the Village will start seal coating the Old Plank Road Trail on Thursday within Frankfort.
The project will take about one week, with work completed in sections, the Village said.
Trail users may see temporary closures or delays in work areas.
"Seal coating helps protect and extend the life of the trail, keeping it safe and well maintained for years to come. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we complete this important maintenance," the Village said.
