FRANKFORT, IL — Tony's Villa Rosa Pizza was burglarized Tuesday in Frankfort, the business shared on its Facebook page.
The Will County Sheriff's Office told Patch that deputies were called to the restaurant on St. Francis Road at 5:15 a.m. Tuesday for a reported burglary and criminal damage to property.
When officers arrived, they saw the front door glass was broken, and that five slot machines inside the business had been damaged or tampered with, the sheriff's office said.
The amount of currency, if any, taken from the slot machines is unknown, police said. The investigation remains ongoing.
