Back-To-School Bash Planned At Commissioners Park

FRANKFORT, IL — Students in Frankfort will soon be heading back to school, and the Frankfort Park District is celebrating with a back-to-school bash.

Families can head to Commissioners Park from 6 to 8 p.m. on Aug. 17 for the free event. If it rains, the event will move to the Founders Community Center, 140 Oak St.

The bash will feature music, crafts, field games, the splash park, inflatables, vendors and a touch-a-truck area. Kids can also bring a school supply to donate.
