Back To School Bash Planned In Frankfort
The event will feature field and inflatable games, DJ music, crafts, and play time at Fort Frankfort and the splash park.
FRANKFORT, IL — The Frankfort Park District will hold its 11th annual back to school bash on Friday, Aug. 14 at Commissioners Park, 22108 S. 80th Ave. The free event is for kids 3 to 13 and pre-registration is required.
According to a post on the park district Facebook, there are three different check-in times to help with social distancing. You can register your child for the 6 p.m., 6:15 p.m. or 6:30 p.m. check-in.
The event will feature field and inflatable games, DJ music, crafts, and play time at Fort Frankfort and the splash park. All kids who attend can bring a school supply to donate to children in need.

Social distancing, including wearing masks, will be enforced at the event, according to the park district.
