Baird and Warner Named No. 1 Workplace by the Chicago Tribune

Baird & Warner has been named the No. 1 workplace in Chicagoland by the Chicago Tribune, receiving its third consecutive Top Workplace award. Baird & Warner was awarded its first Top Workplace award in 2012 and was named the No. 3 best place to work in Chicagoland. In 2013, the brokerage ranked No. 2.

The annual award was given to the real estate services company based on a confidential survey of its brokers and employees regarding categories such as company culture, training, communication and results.

The Chicago Tribune commissioned research firm WorkplaceDynamics to conduct the Top Workplace study. Based on a nomination process, the company coordinated an exclusive and confidential survey of thousands of Chicago-area employees to determine who will be on the Top Workplace list.
